Miley Cyrus rocks dreadlocks extensions while trying to make her way out of The Nice Guy on Thursday (September 3) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 22-year-old entertainer was joined by a group of friends and Cody Simpson, who tried to to avoid photographs by keeping his head down and hidden under his coat, as they made their back to their car following their fun night out.
