Miley Cyrus films scenes in the same blonde wig she wore during a previous shoot for Woody Allen’s upcoming project on Wednesday (March 16) in New York City.
The 23-year-old star laughed with crew members as she hung around next to a police car while shooting the untitled Amazon series.
