The 25-year-old “Malibu” pop star and her sister, Noah Cyrus, came up to actor Yani Gellman, who played Paolo in Disney’s The Lizzie McGuire Movie, for a cute selfie sesh while out to dinner in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 18).
