Grace VanderWaal might be compared to Taylor Swift more than the average person, but her musical role model is someone else entirely.
In Refinery29‘s list of Generation Z powerhouses, Grace revealed that her role model is none other than pop-country singer Miley Cyrus.
“Miley Cyrus, because she’s always happy and she seems like she genuinely enjoys what she’s doing,” Grace wrote. “She also stands up for what she believes in.”
Miley and Grace both have such unique-sounding voices. Maybe they can collaborate in the future!
