Miley and her little sis Noah Cyrus gave their mom the best birthday surprise!
The sisters took to the stage during the Wango Tango Festival to sing “Happy Birthday” to their mom Tish!
Miley and Noah called their mom up on stage where the Cyrus girls all hugged as a cake was rolled out for Tish.
Miley and Noah both performed some of their hit songs during the music festival.
